Our reunion is over and what a great time we had. More than 50 people turned out over our three days from Fri to Sun. Thank you to everyone who participated and to our event chairperson LaJoyce Ross and all family members who helped make it happen.

Celebrate our history!
This is our 35th reunion with Adell’s descendants! We started in Los Angeles in 1979, the year after her death, and stopped there in 2013. It has been 11 years since our last family gathering. This is our first time in Texas where Big Mama was born and raised. Let’s celebrate!

HOW TO REGISTER
Click on "Register Here" to complete the registration form. Click on "Pay Here" to make your payment. All payments are due by Thu, Aug 29.
We have to confirm and pay in advance so there will be no registrations or payments at the door on Friday or Saturday.
COSTS

Here's all costs. You only pay for the items or activities you choose.

Saturday main event: The REC of Grapevine ($50 adults and kids with bbq plates, $35 kids with chicken tender plates) -- prices include food, drinks, dessert, facilities, and activities

Sunday to family sites: Van ride from Dallas to East Texas ($32)

Sunday in East Texas: Chicken or salad box lunch ($15)

Souvenir reunion t-shirt ($30 -- adults S-3X available at the reunion)

FREE: Water park Meet and Greet and refreshments on Friday from 6:30-8:30pm at The REC of Grapevine, van ride for ages 5 and under from Dallas to East Texas, 3pm Sun dinner for all in East Texas

HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION
Our primary hotel site will be the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel in Grapevine, TX, some 45 minutes from Dallas. OUR group discount is $160 per night, plus $20 per night per vehicle for parking. Everyone who needs them must schedule and pay for your own lodging and transportation to the reunion and back.
NO REFUNDS
We have to use the funds to pay our deposits and costs so refunds are not available. If you cannot attend, you can either donate the funds or contact LaJoyce to ask that your payments be transferred to another family member.
